Guided mountain walking - Genal Valley
We follow the picturesque pathways of the Genal, its tributaries and the surrounding sierras, through the fragrant Mediterranean forest and the strangely lunar Riscos, by mountain streams and the silvery crests of the limestone summits. There are wonderful panoramas to photo and delicious local dishes to taste in the white villages, spectacularly set cascading down a hillside or nestling under a ruined castle.

El Hotel Rural Banú Rabbah se encuentra situado en el municipio malagueño de Benarrabá, en la Serranía de Ronda. Rutas por la Serranía de Ronda
Fácil y cómodo recorrido por tres de los pueblos del Alto Genal. El trayecto se realiza casi en su totalidad por carriles bien marcados, ademas recientemente ha sido señalizada con balizas de madera en color blanco y amarillo.
En Parauta podemos comprar castañas comercializadas como “La Pilonga de Parauta”, riquísimas son las castañas en almíbar o al brandy; para comer se encuentra el restaurante El Anafe, cerca del pueblo se encuentra la encina Valdecillla, una de las más grandes de la Serranía.
Cartajima se caracteriza por su singular situación entre las rocas blancas y las pardas, en su término se encuentra un precioso torcal conocido como Riscos de Cartajima; son afamados sus mostos.
Júzcar posee parajes de gran belleza como la zona del Moclón, con baños en el rio Genal, donde muy cercan perviven las ruinas de la Real Fábrica de Hojalata; para comer se ha inagurado recientemente La Posada del Arriero, un restaurante y hotel rural con rancio sabor serrano.
En los tres municipios existen alojamientos rurales.
